Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Asiapelago.com and items are in good sellable conditions. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Please include your packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship it back to the correct address. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be entertained.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.
